Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DS Lister Pro browser extension and web application (the "Service"), provided by Alpine Adverts LLC("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

DS Lister Pro is a tool that helps you create eBay listings faster by scraping supplier product data and pre-filling eBay's own listing forms in your browser. You remain the seller.The Service acts only on your instruction, within your own logged-in browser session. We are an independent software provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of eBay, AliExpress, Amazon, or any marketplace.

The extension may be installed from the Chrome Web Store or downloaded directly from our website; both editions are governed by these Terms. Store-installed copies update automatically through the Chrome Web Store.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your responsibilities as a seller

You are solely responsible for your listings and your business. In particular, you agree that:

• You will comply with all eBay policies, marketplace rules, and applicable laws, including those on dropshipping, item descriptions, delivery times, and consumer rights.
• You will not list counterfeit, infringing, prohibited, or restricted items. You are responsible for respecting intellectual-property and brand (VERO) rights.
• You are responsible for pricing, stock, fulfilment, customer service, taxes, and any disputes or refunds with your buyers.
• You will not use the Service to violate the terms of any marketplace or third-party website.

The Service may include optional safeguards (such as brand-risk warnings), but these are aids only and do not guarantee compliance. Any account suspension, listing removal, or penalty imposed on you by a marketplace is your responsibility, not ours.

4. Plans, credits, and billing

• Paid plans and listing-credit packs are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• One listing credit corresponds to one eBay listing published through the Service, subject to your plan.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices or plan features. Changes apply from your next billing cycle and will be reflected on our pricing page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse-engineering it, reselling or sharing your licence, circumventing plan limits or the single-device licence, or using it for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity. 6. Intellectual property

We own the Service and all related software and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it while your account is in good standing. You retain rights to your own listing content and store data.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including Google Firebase, Stripe, and marketplace websites). We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or changes they make that affect how the Service works.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in sales, profit, or compliance with any marketplace's policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, account suspensions, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your listings, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or any marketplace policy.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
