Affiliate Programme Terms
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These Affiliate Programme Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the DS Lister Pro affiliate programme (the "Programme") operated by Alpine Adverts LLC ("we", "us"). By applying to the Programme you agree to these Affiliate Terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Where these Affiliate Terms and the Terms of Service conflict, these Affiliate Terms apply to Programme matters.
1. Joining the Programme
- You must be at least 18, able to form a binding contract, and provide accurate details about yourself and your audience.
- Every application is reviewed manually. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion and without giving a reason. Declined applicants may re-apply after 30 days.
- One affiliate account per person or business. Existing DS Lister Pro customers may also be affiliates.
- On approval you receive a unique referral link and a unique promotion code (the "Referral Tools").
2. Commission
- You earn commission on payments actually received from customers you refer, at the rate and for the duration set out in the published programme terms shown on dslisterpro.com/affiliate and in your dashboard at the time the customer is attributed to you. Those terms are locked to each referral when it is created; later changes to the programme apply to new referrals only.
- Commission is calculated on the amount the customer paid after any discounts and excluding any tax. Free trials, £0 invoices, failed payments and payments from existing customers earn nothing.
- Commission on a customer stops when the published duration for that referral ends, when the customer stops paying, or when your participation ends.
- We may agree different rates with individual affiliates in writing; such agreements appear in your dashboard.
3. Attribution
- First click wins. A new customer is attributed to the first affiliate whose link they clicked within the published cookie window, or whose code they entered. A code entered by the customer takes precedence over a stored link. Once attributed, a customer is never re-attributed.
- Only new customers are eligible: a person who already has a subscription or has previously paid us cannot be attributed to any affiliate.
- Self-referrals are prohibited. Referrals that share your account, email, payment card or Stripe customer record earn nothing and may result in removal.
- We are the sole judge of attribution disputes and our records are final.
4. Hold period, refunds and clawbacks
- Each commission is pending for the published hold period after the customer's payment, then becomes approved.
- If a payment is refunded, disputed or charged back, the matching commission is reversed in full or in proportion. If it was already paid to you, the amount is deducted from your next payout(s).
- We may void commissions that result from a breach of these Affiliate Terms, fraud, or abuse of the Referral Tools.
5. Payouts
- Approved commissions are paid monthly when your approved balance meets the published minimum payout. Balances below the minimum roll over.
- Payouts are made in GBP via PayPal or Wise to the details you enter in your dashboard. You are responsible for their accuracy and for any receiving fees charged by your provider.
- Your dashboard shows every commission, reversal and payout with its reference.
6. Tax and self-billing
- All commission amounts are stated exclusive of VAT. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on commissions in your jurisdiction.
- By joining you agree that we operate a self-billing arrangement: we prepare the commission statement on your behalf (your dashboard ledger and payout records constitute that statement) and you will not issue separate invoices for commission. If you are VAT-registered you must tell us your VAT number before your first payout and notify us if it changes or is cancelled; VAT is then shown on the statement and remains your output tax to declare.
- This agreement lasts while you participate in the Programme and is reviewed at least every 12 months.
7. Prohibited promotion
You must not:
- Bid on, or use in ad copy, our brand names or misspellings ("DS Lister Pro", "dslisterpro", "DS Lister") in paid search or social ads.
- Submit your code or link to coupon, voucher or deal aggregator sites, or present it as a public discount.
- Use cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects that hide the destination, incentivised or paid-to-click traffic, bots or purchased signups.
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) or promote on sites containing illegal or adult content.
- Register domains, usernames or pages that impersonate DS Lister Pro, or claim to be us.
- Make false or misleading claims about the Service, eBay, suppliers, or achievable results.
- Offer cash-back or your own discount from your commission without our written consent.
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law or platform rules (for example, the UK CAP Code and FTC endorsement guidance).
8. Your content and our marks
- We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive licence to use our name, logo and marketing kit solely to promote the Service under these Affiliate Terms.
- You keep ownership of your content. You grant us permission to share or feature it in connection with the Programme.
9. Termination
- Either party may end participation at any time. You can stop promoting; we can suspend or remove your account.
- On removal for breach, all unpaid commissions are forfeited. On termination for any other reason, approved commissions above the minimum are paid in the normal cycle and attribution of your existing referrals ends.
- Suspended accounts do not earn on new referrals.
10. Changes
We may change the programme terms (including rates) with notice by email or in your dashboard. Changes apply to referrals created after the change. We may change these Affiliate Terms by posting the updated version here; continued participation means acceptance.
11. Liability
The Programme is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under the Programme is limited to the commissions due and unpaid to you at the time of the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
