This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses DS Lister Pro. Its goal is to keep the Service safe, lawful, and reliable for all sellers.
You must not
- Use the Service to list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, prohibited, or intellectual-property-infringing items.
- Violate the policies or terms of eBay or any other marketplace or website.
- Engage in fraud, deceptive pricing, fake tracking, or misleading buyers.
- Share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your account or licence, or attempt to bypass plan limits or the single-device licence.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or secrets of the Service.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or evade limits, suspensions, or bans.
- Use the Service to send spam or to harvest personal data unlawfully.
Fair use
Automated actions must reflect genuine, good-faith selling activity. Excessive or abusive automation that risks harming marketplaces, buyers, or our infrastructure is not permitted.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice, and may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
